A Good Thing Happened This Morning!
My boss called me aside this morning and let me know he appreciated how hard I've been working.
He also gave me a decent little raise to say thank you.
This was unexpected. Performance and cost of living raises are given in the Fall here, so this was just a "thank you" bump.
It was larger than my last two cost of living raises combined.
