Well, there goes my guy.
It's not like I didn't see it coming, but it is still very disheartening. Edwards was the only candidate consistently polling above McCain.
So Clinton or Obama?
Both have severe flaws as far as I'm concerned.
For the first time, I can really see the Republicans pulling this one out.
The MSM just loves them some McCain.
God I could use a drink.

It's too bad about Edwards. I was really hoping that he'd at least hang in there a bit longer.
I'm none too pleased with the traditional media for not giving him a fair chance. Seems to me they're the biggest reason he's not still in the race.
As for Republicans pulling it out... I don't know. There are camps where McCain Derangement Syndrome is even stronger than Hillary Derangement Syndrome. For example:

If McCain's the nominee... there could be trouble (for Rs) come November. Not to mention that his campaign finance situation is not exactly robust. If he doesn't get a bunch of donors after this Florida win (which he probably will, but just saying), his options aren't good: rely on virtually guaranteed, but severely limited matching funds from the gov't, or go to lobbyists.
Anyway, it should be interesting.
or go to lobbyists
And he will, he will.
I agree with you on this one. I wish Edwards was still in and I agree that this may allow McCain to win now.
